On Feb. 18, there was good news from Ocean Family large tuna purse seine fleet: the "XIN SHI JI 112" operating in the Central and Western Pacific Ocean was successful in its first battle, returning to the port for transfer after just 18 days with a full load, and the first load of the New Year achieved a good start.
Normally, a tuna purse seiner takes 30-35 days from sailing to full load, but "XIN SHI JI 112" sailed on January 30 and operated in Kiribati, Nauru and other waters, and encountered bad weather in early February. However, our crew members overcame the difficulties such as poor sea conditions and wind and waves, rode the wind and waves, and worked hard, and returned with a full load in more than half a month, creating impressive results.
