At 7:00 PM of 23rd August, the opening ceremony of the little town of distant water fisheries of Dinghai is held at Zhoushan National Base of Distant Water Fisheries. Mr. Yudonglai, the secretary of CCP Committee of Zhoushan city and the New District, opens the door of the little town, and leads his group to have the visit to Ocean Family’s experience pavilion in the Fisherman Square, praising products such as canned tuna and etc.

Later on, Ocean Family’s tuna dissection ceremony and on-site fish making take place at the main stage. Many citizens watch the show. The chef takes off the fish head first of all; then cuts the middle of the fish back and takes off the quarter of the meat of the fish back; after slicing step by step, beautiful fish meat, piece by piece, shows up. The audiences witness the wonderful processes of how a tuna becomes sashimi and taste the fresh tuna sashimi, cheering for the good feeling!

You can also find Ocean Family’s image at the hundred banquets of distant water seafood delicacies. Delicious seafood, such as grilled Argentina red shrimp, roasted tuna kama and etc., show up in front of the booth, attracting quite a lot gourmets to have the taste.
Ocean Family’s tuna experience pavilion in the Fisherman Square has the official opening on 26th July. It’s the third tuna experience pavilion in Zhoushan, after Lincheng and Donggang, with the space which is around 350 square meters. The store closely matches the function positioning of the healthy town, not only enriching the forms of the business street, but also increasing the grade of the little town, and forges the solid foundation for attracting quality consumers to the Fisherman Square.
