2 July 2011, Ocean Family holds the working conference of the first half year of 2011. Mr. Zhan Wei, the deputy president of Ocean Family, presides the meeting. All company staffs attend the meeting. At the first half year of 2011, Ocean Family achieves enormous success on business performance and makes big breakthroughs on innovation works.
On the meeting, leaders from all departments and subsidiaries report the summary of the first half year of 2011 and the plan of the second half year of 2011. On behalf of the company, Mr. Zhan Wei, the deputy president of Ocean Family, notifies the company’s business performance at the first half year of 2011 and assigns the working plan of the second half year of 2011. At the first half year of 2011, sales revenue rose 68.53%, foreign exchange earnings grew 89.29% and profits increased 100.5%. Except sales revenue, other targets all exceeded 50% of the original annual plan at the first half year of 2011. Moreover, compared with last year, the growth was substantial.
Later on, Mr. Zeng Yue Xiang, the president of Ocean Family, makes the conclusive speech. Through the joint efforts of all staffs at the first half year of 2011, Ocean Family achieves excellent success on business performance and makes big breakthroughs on innovation works. Two high-lights are: the first one is the completion of Ningbo Beilun super-frozen tuna processing and storage base. The establishment of this base has the landmark meanings: fill the blank of tuna processing and storage base in the south of Yangtze River, increase the added-values of super-frozen tunas, change the original export pattern which can only deal with raw fishes and accelerate the restructuring and upgrading of the fishery industry. The second one is the successful result of the development of the domestic market.
Meanwhile, President Zeng clearly makes the requirements for the work of the second half year of 2011: “Adjust, Improve, Enhance and Expand”. More specifically, it’s: adjust the industry structure and layout, improve the industry chain and operation mode, enhance product quality and precision and expand domestic market and import business. In addition, President Zeng especially emphasizes the food safety. Food safety is the foundation and No. 1 priority of the food industry. Mr. Zeng hopes that we should adhere to the company’s consistent spirit of “Quality First”, regard the satisfaction and recognition at domestic and abroad markets as the stimulation, produce safely and take the responsibilities for customers.
Lastly, President Zeng hopes that headquarters and all subsidiaries should pay attention to the talent introduction and training and also sends words to new employees: “to know more about company culture, integrate into company, bear hardships, be modest and pragmatic and study business”. Especially for generations after 80’s and 90’s, president Zeng hopes that these employees should have team spirit and enhance the capability to deal matters harmoniously.
