After 9 months construction stage at the shipyard, Xin Shi Ji 65 and 66, two new-built large-scale super-frozen tuna longline fishing vessels of Ocean Family, have successfully reached the process of launching on 8:00 am of 13^th April and entered the process of anchoring for safety inspection, singling that the whole construction circle of vessels has been completed 80%. It’s anticipated that vessels will carry out the maiden voyage in the middle of July after procedures of anchoring at the port and sea trial.

Compared with the original vessels, these two new vessels have been not only increased the displacement capability and loading capacity, but also tremendously increased the engine power. Put it simply, two new fishing vessels have reached the highest level in the world, whether referring to the facility configuration or functions. The putting into operation of these two fishing vessels will greatly expand the operation scope of the fishing field of the company.
