Recently, news from the annual meeting of Ocean Family: in the past 2017, Ocean Family delivered a satisfied answer sheet, reaching the new record of business operations and over-fulfilling the assignments from the board of the directors of the company. Sales revenue hit 2.958 billion RMB, with the increase of 12.28% compared to the last year; the foreign exchange earnings reached 223 million USD, with the increase of 8.69% compared to the last year; total profit arrived at 258 million RMB, with the increase of 10.58% compared to the last year; and the net profit was 233 million RMB, with the increase of 13.58% compared to the last year. Those financial figures demonstrate the stable increase within consecutive years.

In 2017, Ocean Family exploited, innovated and forged ahead, developing the new world. Some highlights are as follows:

1. Completely carry out the work of the fulfilment investigation and the financial audit for the IPO project, finish the registration of mentoring process for IPO, and publish the announcement at the website of Zhejiang Bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission in January 8^th.

2. Relocate the headquarters to Zhoushan. Aiming to sufficiently exploit resources and the industry zoning effect of the Zhoushan National Ocean Fisheries Base, also to better utilize the location advantage of Zhoushan as the port area of the National Free-Trade Zone, and to make the company stronger and bigger, based on the requirements from the overall planning of the group and the development for the company itself, the company officially relocates the headquarters to Zhoushan at April 2017, creating the new opportunities for the long-term development in the future.

3. Realize the usage of the land of the industry zoning project. Aiming to leverage the competitiveness of the processing capability of the firm and the demands for the continuous upgrade, after the solid evaluation, Ocean Family figures out the plan to gather 4 processing bases in locations such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, and etc., to Zhoushan, to build up the world-class and leading in the country comprehensive seafood processing industrial zone, and to design the construction of the tuna industry culture park. Through several rounds of location selection and on-site investigation, the industry zoning project finally lands in Zhoushan National Ocean Fisheries Base. Both parties sign the agreement of investments.

4. Reboot the renovation and upgrade project of distant water fishing vessels. At July and August in 2017, 2 super-frozen tuna fishing vessels and 3 squid fishing vessels are under the construction respectively, to leverage the fishing efficiency and scale effect of the current fishing fleet.

5. Import the first batch of Norway salmon to China after the ban of Sino-Norway trade was released. On 28^th August 2017, Mr. Zengyuexiang, the general manager of Ocean Family, following with Mr. Chejun, the secretary of CCP Committee of Zhejiang Province, and Mr. Yudonglai, the secretary of CCP Committee of Zhoushan, went to Norway and signed the agreement with Cermaq Group AS, the second biggest salmon supplier in Norway regarding the sales distribution right and trade cooperation of salmon in China. At 29^th August 2017, 3.5 tons fresh salmon arrived in Hangzhou, firstly creating the channel to directly import salmon from Norway, letting the return of Norway salmon to Chinese market after years break for the first time, and adding the new delicacy for gourmets.

6. While facing challenges, the domestic trading grows rapidly and each type of business form develops simultaneously. The sales revenue hit around 1 billion RMB, with the increase of 20% compared with last year, continuously spreading the popularity and influence of the brand of Ocean Family.
