On 10^th December, the third congress of Zhejiang Ocean Fisheries Association is held in Hangzhou. Mr. Zhangming, the deputy head of Zhejiang Province Ocean and Fisheries Bureau, Mr. Zengyuexiang, the president of Zhejiang Ocean Fisheries Association, relevant responsible officials of Zhejiang Province Ocean and Fisheries bureau, and representatives of 41 member enterprises of Zhejiang province attend the meeting. 

   During the meeting, on behalf of the previous board of management of the association, Mr. Zengyuexiang presents the working report “fulfill functions of the association, develop effectiveness of the association”, reviewing what the association has done and achieved during the past five years and making constructive suggestions to the next session of the association. The report points out: for the next step, fully seize the current macroeconomic policy condition; fully make use of both the domestic and international market and resource; implement the strategy of “going out”; strengthen the transformation of the development pattern, strengthen the development of the domestic market, and strengthen the stability of the team of fishermen, providing good services for enterprises and being the good adviser for the government.

   The congress selects the president, the executive deputy president and the general secretary, and the deputy president of the new session of the association. With everybody’s applause, Mr. Zengyuexiang, the general manager of Ocean Family Co., Ltd., is selected again to be the third president of the association.
