Shanghai Daling organizes the annual team-building activities

From August 17^th to 18^th, Ocean Family’s Shanghai Daling convenes more than 60 persons, who are employees representatives from Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Jiangsu and other places, to gather in Zhoushan, sticking to the speech of the 50^th anniversary conference of Wanxiang’s founding and the spirit of chairman Luguangqiu, to carry out series activities such as visiting and communication, special lectures, knowledge contest, and etc.

During the visiting of the new office building of Ocean Family’s headquarters, for many colleagues, it’s the first time to visit the company’s headquarters. Under the enthusiastic guidance and introduction from colleagues, they are familiar with the headquarters environment, office layout and personnel distribution. At the same time, they watch the short propaganda film about Ocean Family, deepen the understanding about Ocean Family’s historical evolution, scale and current situation.  

Aiming to encourage the team to better understand, abide and utilize laws, a judge from Zhoushan Intermediate People's Court is invited to give the special speech in terms of “common legal risks and crisis management of food enterprises”. Live cases are analyzed, people’s awareness of food safety is strengthened, and measures of food safety are underpinned. 

In order to learn the spirit of “three creations” and inspire striving, the firm organizes people to learn chairman Luweiding’s speech during the 50^th anniversary conference of Wanxiang’s founding and the special party course on the commending meeting to commemorate CCP’s 98-years founding, and, with the spirit of "facing new challenges, breaking through selves, creating real successes and writing the future" as a call, require all employees to “maintain the original intention, take the mission, find gaps, and grasp the implementation” and strive for better performance and  contributions. The event specially conducts the knowledge contest of 50^th anniversary of Wanxiang’s founding. People from each department are eager to participate in the contest. Qiuyunyan, from the office of the general manager, wins the trophy after correctly answering 20 questions.

Through team-building activities, staffs of Shanghai Daling deepen the understanding of the historical evolution of Wanxiang Group, digest chairman Lu’s spirit, and keep in heart of the pledge of “Wanxiang has the direction, credit is the light; Wanxiang concentrates energies, everyone has the common aspiration”. Lujunmei, the general manager of Shanghai Daling, calls all colleagues to concentrate desires and energies and form the common aspiration, to really implement chairman Lu’s spirit on the works, and to drive the goal of “creation, entrepreneurship, and innovation” to a higher level.
