In order to satisfy domestic consumers’ demand for high-end seafood products, based on the development prediction, the firm’s management team proactively designs the overall arrangement of the equipment capability to catch international good quality seafood products.
Since the beginning of 2015, the leaders of the company’s management team have spent lots of efforts to design the 10-year development strategy, and finalized the 10-year development plan at the mid of 2016, making the development guideline to strengthen fishing operation, improve processing business, and develop trading operation, and driving the sustainable development of Ocean Family’s full-chain seafood operation platform. The foundation of the full-chain development is the distant water fishing operation.
In response to the current 3 distant water fishing fleets, the company proactively designs the technology solutions of super-frozen tuna longline fishing vessels and large-scale squid fishing vessels, together with research institutes of distant water fishing vessels at home and abroad, experts of fishing operation and management, and etc., facing the demands of new economy, new fisheries, and new business mode, to optimize the catch capability of distant water fishing.
